    All rentals include delivery and setup at no additional charge

Inclement Weather

  1. What happens if there is inclement weather?

    If there is a forecast for rain or high winds, safety will take priority and the rentals may need to be rescheduled.  There will not be a cost to cancel rentals due to inclement weather.

Timing

  1. What time do you setup for my party?

    Setup time will be coordinated at the time of rental confirmation.  Ideal situations will allow for setup to occur at least one hour prior to your event.

  2. How long is a rental?

    Rental periods last up to 8 hours.  For example, a 10:00 AM delivery will have a 6:00 PM pickup scheduled.  The latest scheduled pickup will be 8:30 PM.  

  3. Are Sunday rentals an option?

    Yes, Deliveries on Sunday start at 11:30 AM.  Please note though, if multiple deliveries are scheduled for Sunday, not all customers can have the 11:30 AM delivery time.  Deliveries for Sunday's will be scheduled on a first come, first serve basis.
