  1. Is there a delivery or setup fee?

    All rentals within service map area include delivery and setup at no additional charge

Inclement Weather

  1. What happens if there is inclement weather?

    If there is a forecast for rain or high winds, safety will take priority and the rentals may need to be rescheduled.  There will not be a cost to cancel rentals due to inclement weather.

Timing

  1. What time do you setup for my delivery?

    We start delivering at 7:00 AM with the intent to complete deliveries by Noon.  We start picking up at 6:00 PM.  

  2. How long is a rental?

    Scheduled rental periods last up to 6 hours.  We try to deliver our equipment prior to 12:00 PM and start our pickups at 6:00 PM.

  1. Do you deliver to my address?

    Please check our service map to see if we deliver to your area.  If you are unsure, please contact us to confirm prior to placing a deposit for delivery.
